Rachel received her bachelor’s in both Human Physiology and Psychology from the University of Oregon. She then received her master’s in Occupational Therapy from Boston University. She has undergone additional training in early motor milestone attainment, and is certified in the TummyTime!™ Method.
Rachel is passionate about supporting parents and ensuring you and your baby start off on the right track.
During 1:1 consultations Rachel teaches customized stretches and developmental activities to incorporate into play time, feeding, diaper changes, or your sleep routine. Rachel helps with early motor milestone attainment, tummy time troubles, and treats conditions such as torticollis or plagiocephaly. She provides expert guidance on transitioning to solids, infant sleep, swaddles, and developmental toys.
Rachel firmly believes that early intervention makes the greatest impact on a child's development, and yields a lifetime of benefits.
In her spare time, Rachel loves family hikes and playground picnics.
