What’s inside

  • Studies show that your level of comfort going into birth can affect your birth outcomes.

In this course you will learn ways to prepare your body for birth and lessen likelihood of significant tearing or postpartum complications like diastasis recti.

We will walk you through best birthing positions (with or without epidural) for each stage of labor.

We will teach you how to push effectively without increasing your risk of significant tearing (FYI: most hopsitals coach pushing in a way that puts excessive pressure through your pelivic floor and contributes to tearing).

We also teach you how and when to start perineal massage to reduce your risk of tearing.

At the end of this course, you will have a greater understanding of pregnancy, labor and birth - and most importantly you will go into birth feeling more prepared and empowered.

  • This course includes bonus material to help you prepare for the plethora of changes that occur immediately postpartum.

Challenging postpartum moments leave mamas wondering, “why did no one tell me?“ So we’re not only talking about it, but giving you actionable steps to prepare. This section will broaden your understanding of the hormonal, physical, and psychosocial changes that often occur, teach you how to implement best practices to optimize your sleep, engage in meaningful conversations with your partner to align on expectations, and bolster your social supports.

  • You will gain access to 100+ exercise videos with detailed cueing and modifications, broken down by trimester. These exercises will target your mobility, pelvic floor, hip strength, core strength and postural muscles.

All to prevent or relieve pregnancy-related pain, prepare your body for birth and build your foundational core strength to ease your postpartum recovery.

What you’ll get

  • Learn about your anatomy “down there”, how to effectively kegel and engage your deep core (psst - most people don’t do these right), and how your body changes during pregnancy.

  • Guided pushing practice for an effective and smooth delivery - to reduce your risk of tearing and prevent other postpartum complications like hemorrhoids, prolapse, and incontinence.

  • Access to 100+ exercises broken down by trimester with detailed cueing and modifications so it’s like you have a physical therapist and personal trainer guiding you through each one.

  • Safely meet your fitness goals through pregnancy, OPTimize your physical fitness for birth, and set yourself up for an easier postpartum recovery.

  • Step-by-step instructions on perineal massage (and why you should be doing it) and birthing positions that decrease stress on the pelvic floor.

  • A framework for creating your customized birth plan including talking points for your birthing provider, so you can go into labor feeling confident, empowered, and at ease.
